September 22, 2006 - Results of FP1 and FP2 from Motegi
Yesterday hosted a couple of fabulous practice sessions at Motegi for the MotoGP boys. Nothing ground-breaking... just some good, clean, fast riding. The field held 21 riders, Suzuki's Kousuke Akiyoshi, and Kawasaki's Naoki Matsudo made appearances, although didn't gleen much coverage from the cameras. With so many riders on track, it nearly looked like an AMA race :)
Nicky Hayden re-signed with Repsol Honda for another two years yesterday. With that off his shoulders, he can shift all of his focus to the last of the races, and defending his 24 point lead. He's going to need 100% of his focus..... cause me thinks Rossi's on a mission.
Okay, I am not going to burden the results with a bunch of fluff and witty remarks today... consider yourselves lucky :) Straight to the nutmeat.....
